Created due to the need for a faster plane and capable of carrying more weight, the 3F17 is quite capable of carrying small bombs and lots of ammo. Development started with the objective of replace the "Hellbull" that was unsuccesfull.
it served in the middle of 1917 and proved to be very useful against German fighters and ground targets.
