It's AAM, not ATA. The military doesn't abbreviate the "to".
AGM for Air-to-Ground Missile
AAM for Air-to-Air Missile
SAM for Surface-to-Air Missile,
SGM for Surface-to-Ground Missile, and
SSM for Surface-to-Surface Missile.

Yes, that’s what I was saying, a SAM, not an air-to-air missile, but there might be a possible chance to convert it if it was slightly smaller, it would work great as an ATA missile.

@ThatOneF15Eagle this missile is sam missile (Surface to air missile).so non sense that it could possible launch from aircarft.
This could also work great as an air-to-air missile, only if it would be a bit smaller so I can fit it on some planes. But hey, it’s a surface-to-air missile, so it’s gotta have a lot of fuel to get to far-away targets.
