The Ne-1 is a commercial long range airliner. It can carry 2 crew 4 passengers and has a bathroom. It can also take off from land or water. For take off at land pull up softly at 100 mph and for a water takeoff take off at 80 mph and pull up hard. Also the yaw is pretty powerful so use that to turn instead of horizontal turning so the passengers will feel more comfortable. And cameras 1-6 for the inside of the plane.

@DeezDucks They wont :P Its made out of extremely hard wood often used oak or maple that has water resistant gloss perfect for in water use.
Problem is... wouldn't the prop blades be in the water?
