Set VTOL to 2nd tick from the bottom for takeoff. The Chinook will try to lift the Carrier, so DET=1 allow launch. Hold pitch up, avoid water -- at 200 mph level the blades flat, VTOL to center bar. Unlimited fuel to cruise the islands.
