Okay. I think all of those things are above my skill level. Definitely adding a third blade I cannot do. So I’ll probably just leave it how it is... unless you wanted to build a second one that is scaled up a bit and has three blades? If not that’s cool, you’ve already done a lot and I really appreciate it, I don’t mean to sound ungrateful :/ @Leehopard
@Hyattorama base hinge rotator is for mast tilt. most helicopter's masts are tilted to front for forward flight. it's hard to tilt and editing the whole rotor set, so I put it on the hinge. I'm pretty sure that 3 blades will more stable. and scaling with fine tuner might work but you'll have to tune and adjust for some hours.
Do you think this thing would be significantly more stable with three rotor blades? I’m not all that great a pilot but I’m having a bit of a hard time with this one... also, if I scale this entire assembly up using fine tuner, will it still function the same?
Thank you for building this! I will try to do it justice hahaha. By the way, out of curiosity; what is the point of the “activate8” hinge rotator at the base of the rotor? @Leehopard @shipster
This was kinda random. Fun to play with though! May I ask what the point was? Besides fun.
