Tips for this:
1. You must have a Fine Tuner mod
2. Select the part you want to scale down / Make it easier to use the Multi-Scale Tool
3. Change the Scale of 1,000 to -0,000 then press the Scale mark below
4. Try and play your ghost!
Please don't reduce the scale on the wheels because the wheels can have an effect, meaning that they don't have any wheels at all
