My second entry for JIM'S S.ST.U.P.P.I.D CHALLENGE!! held by @oDDDynamics.
H.A.T.S. stands for HArd To Stall.
Least stable speed: ~37 mph. It stalls at <35mph but when the nose deviated it immediately gain speed and everything are back under control.

Tricks that were applied to help reaching the limit:
-Airfoil of front wings are Flat Bottom to increase the lift.
-Extended Deflection Degree of Control Surfaces.
-Rotator motor behind the engine for propultion vectoring.
-The rear vertical stablizer stored the fuel and were put upside down for a better CoM distribution.
AG1 for light.

@TTHHSSSS Thanks for the upvote! I didn't expect to make it a STOL, but through the improments applied it was more and more STOL. If it was born that time I guess it might has been a good attendee : )
