I believe, this is an SP first . . . this is a tank transporter rated to 200k lbs . . . but it cannot go offroad (although this isn't the case in deserts) or up steep inclines with that kind of weight. It has a single 2000bhp engine . . . and space for up to 5 people.
These are normally use to move damaged vehicles and to transport vehicles over long distances . . . away from any combat.
