Take off: Full Flaps. Plane wants to pull down in the beginning due to the engine being on top. Use flaps for a bit to gain a little altitude and pull up.
Landing: Gradually use flaps as you descent. The plane has excellent lift so you can land at 90-120mph with full flaps.

Kinda reminds me of a Cirrus Vision SF-50, except a lot bigger and bulkier. Looks pretty cool though!
