Heinkel He-280
(Finally something that isn't a Me-262), the He-280 was Heinkels attempt to create a fighter using Hans von Ohains design for a turbojet, though it could out perform the most modern fighters of time there was a couple problems, first Ernst Heinkel didn't have good political ties making it very hard to get any fighter contracts, the He-280 didn't have good combat endurance which is a huge portion of making a good fighter, and also a slight problem was the lower ground clearnce making landings on unpaved runways somewhat dangerous, though if allowed to enter production it would have been ready in some degree by the Battle of Britain, the He-280 with it's 480mph speed and an armament of 3 Mg 151/20 20mm cannons it would devestated the Supermarine Spitfires that the RAF was using, though it would not come to be poltitcal problems and technological problems got in the way of this aircraft service

Nooooo the Me-262 spam has stopped XD
please make a me 262 in the same size. i want to compare both in a 1v1. oh and by the way i have made a version of this plane with condense stripes. could i upload it?
it was never tested with engines. but it is still a nice design. heinkel got his chance on the jet race a second time but in his qeust for speed the he 162 spatz was to hard to controll. this one over here is one of the planes that are somesort of lost to time. i would like it when someone would say: hay folks lets make working replicas of the dornier 335, arado 234 and the first attempt on a jetfighter. lets dream that such a future will come.
