Developed during world war 2 as and anti aircaft mount housing 4 M2 .50 Cal Heavy Machine Guns the Mark 45 was used by the United states and her allies until the end of 1945 but rather than scraping this unit it was fit as an anti personal turret for use in Korea and Veitnam Pitch controls the turret on a vertical axis and roll controls the turrets horizontal axis. I was inspired to build this unit after i saw other more modren AAA units but i hadnt seen anything resembling this icon piece of machinery Enjoy!
