F12J Night Witch II (50's challenge reborn entry)
Modified from and keeping the namesake of the P-49 Night Witch, this aicraft was developed as a high speed dogfighter and was Iosia's only successful Piston to Jet Engine transistion plane. The Night Witch II arrived shortly after the second global war in response to Andosnia's ARF-15 (Allied code name: "Kit"). The Night Witch II however, was far superior in every aspect due to its prexsisting airframe being exceptionally resilent and engine placement allowing just minor reconstruction of the P-49s wing base.
The F12J Night Witch II first saw flight in 1948 and was used throughout the 1950's and early 1960's abit as a trainer in its final years. The F12J was most noticably used during the Hon Kain Crisis (Early years, Hon Kain Crisis lasted from 1947 at the end of the second global war to 2013 at the planetfall of 1993MDX0204 Asteroid) where it was excelled at being a dogfighter/reconnasance aircraft and to some extent - Close air support. Later models of the F12J were outfitted with four air-to-air missiles and countermeasures (Variant Showcased here) which may not have been enough for the Night Witch II as it was showing age with its lack of mobility compared to newer fighters of the time.
The F12J was later demoted to being a trainer craft in 1956 as Iosia's newest aircraft the YAF-41 Voyager (https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/Iee6mj/YAF-41-Voyager devnote below) entered the scene and became the most efficent aircraft of the time. The last military operation the Night Witch II (and subsequently all Night witches) occured in 1971 during a Namallan conflict, the F12J was used as a observation aircraft as the territory was too risk laden for other, unarmed reconnisance aircraft.
Multiple countries had operated the F12J during its lifetime, most notible countries are
•Iosia
•Nordenvok
•Dieswen (Iosia Occupied)
•Dieswen (Nordenvok Occupied)
•Ourusenda (1 defector)

@JettStorm well thank you :) my guess is that fictional aircraft are not everyones tastes, however I don't build for upvotes, I just build because I feel like it :)
This is a pleasant build! I'm surprised that it doesn't have many upvotes
