Hello i kinda failed one of the phases so i made it so that is used a car engine to take off but it is still a glider because it cant use the engine in the air

Why don't you take a power jet, fly 20000 ft in the air, save the location. Exit. Load up the glider and start in the air. No need for takeoff for an unpowered glider.
There is also a race called eagle passthat is automatically unpowered and starts in air.
