A lightweight tactical jet fighter of the early 1980s, the GLF-80 "Imp" was designed to compliment the larger, heavier, and more powerful (and more expensive) GHF-79 "Archfiend". Of the two the Imp is undeniably the turn fighter. While the Archfiend is anything but a slouch in a dogfight, no mortal man dares tangles with an airborne Imp - even from its own cockpit!
Though cramped, the GLF-80's compact size proved favourable to third world customers, continuing Graingy's habit of being a sort of secret third thing in the Cold War game of wooing unaligned nations with weapons of war.
WARNING: The GLF-80A "Imp" is not recommended for those under the age of 16, or for those with blood and/or a spine.

A neat little screenshot of it in flight.
@OrangeConnor2 Yes, it is.
@Graingy Rare we agree on something, isn’t it?
@OrangeConnor2 Well, it is pretty awesome, I will agree with you on that.
This may come as a shock to you, sand, but before I was shuttled off to play war reporter (and returned to find you in my former position) I was quite the Graingy fan. I was eager to work for the company I'd admired for so long. The GLF-80 was in my honest opinion the coolest thing flying.
That isn't so easily forgotten, as much as betrayal stings.
@OrangeConnor2 Still.
Honestly, I'm surprised to see you say anything positive about our products.
@Graingy Well, I’ve been away for much of that.
@OrangeConnor2 I dunno. You’ve had seven years to say something.
@Graingy Why would you?
@OrangeConnor2 Never knew this.
Did I miss this? I can’t remember.
I always liked this one. One of my favourites. I had a model of it as a kid. I wonder where that thing went…
@Boeing727200F Comrade, we are a company and we have policies.
If you modify the aircraft out of its design specs then we guarantee you nothing and will not be liable if something goes wrong. Likewise, you are not to profit off of our designs unless given permission*. We don’t license often.
(*Yes, you can post successors on SP.com. I mean making sales.)
@Graingy i just want to make it better?
@DeeganishCountryball The this aircraft is not not recommended for you.
@Graingy sry Website lag
I removed the second comment that was made by Website Lag
@Graingy No
@Boeing727200F That will be significant. No insurance will be provided whatsoever.
This is not for commercial purposes, is it?
@DeeganishCountryball are you under the age of sixteen years?
@Graingy well, uhhhh
cockpit looks rather cramped, will try to expand it
make it faster
fix landing gear
stuff like that
i got time, so whenever
Can I fly it?
I have no Spine and my Blood is already gone
@Boeing727200F >:/
Yeah, yeah. How urgent is your order?
What modifications do you intend on performing? It’s important for warranty and maintenance pricing.
can I make the plane look somewhat better, I will take one
@TheMouse Aw shucks.
Am I the only one here that can use this thing!?
@Graingy
I am 2.1 years old, and I have both blood and a spine.
Hey @TheMouse, are you under the age of 16 or have blood and/or a spine?
