This is the LandStalker Amphibian, an off road "war buggy" that can also become a boat. Fitted with two miniguns and two rocket pods. 1 toggles the propellers (for water use, make sure to use throttle!), 2 raises and lowers wheels (for water use), 3 toggles rudder height (for water use), 4 extends pistons for the side flotation blocks and rudder (recommended when on water), 5 toggles VTOL boosters (for water use) , and 6 swerves the rocket pods. The LandStalker Amphibian can turn into a rocket launcher on the ground, by simply raising the wheels all the way up and moving the rudder all the way down.
