I wouldn’t say that it is maneuverable ,first of all try to make planes with more standard shape,like with standard wings and stabilizer, try to “play” with COL and COG positions to understand plane stability.
If you don’t want to create a new plane, try to use my mig21 and try to relocate centers of mass and lift.
