Dispite being a really fast boat it can accually takeoff and fly, no really it can. Now it has trouble taking off from the water, but on the runways she will take off. Group 5 unlock VTOL movement and 6 turns on main engines. For takeoff you'll want the VTOL on or between the two highest notches, then bring it back between the second and middle depending on how much power you have.
