New: Spaceplane Challenge! [ALL DECEMBER!!]
CHALLENGE TIME
Okay, I know that I have done this before, but, I wanted to do it again 'cause no one participated. So the goal of this challenge is to make a multi-stage space plane that can reach a certain altitude. You'll post your planes and link 'em to this post and then when the deadline is reached, I will judge each plane and create a new forum post announcing the winners! I'd like a lot of both high and low-ranking players to participate so step right on up! Use this plane as an example!
DA RULEZ:---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Only XML modded fuel tanks allowed. XML can be used for aesthetic purposes.-Must be multi-stage. EX: Boosters first then detach, Main engines second then detach from the plane, and plane's engines third. You can have as many stages as you want.-Must be original-Must reach an altitude over 125,000 feet-Most importantly, have fun!
JUDGING GUIDELINES:---------------------------------------------------------------------------------Posts will be scored out of twenty points
-/5 for number of stages; does it have three or more stages.
-/5 for maneuverability; does the plane itself fly well?
-/5 for visual appeal; how cool does it look?
-/5 for max ceiling; can it reach 125,000 feet?
Bonus will be awarded!
REWARDS:---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1st: 15 upvotes
-2nd: 10 upvotes
-3rd: 5 upvotes
-all participants: 1 upvote
DEADLINE:---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Deadline is this thanksgiving, Dec. 31st
