The J-6 (Shenyang J-6 or F-6) is a single-seat, twin-engine supersonic jet fighter developed by China's Shenyang Aircraft Manufacturing Industry Corporation in the 1960s. In each actual battle, the J-6 shot down more than 20 aircraft of various types, and none of them were shot down. On June 12, 2010, the J-6 fighter officially withdrew from the equipment sequence of the Chinese Air Force.
