If you do not know what the PBY skywhale is then look it up. Right now. (Don't just look up sky whale, look up PBY Skywhale) The challenge is deceptively simple: build a flying boat that could have succeeded the sky whale. Performance must be better than the skywhale's REAL stats. Description will be expanded soon. Challenge ends when enough people join, I will not grade copies of other contestant's planes.
