A redisgn of a TAL-1A, using the hull of the APC-6B . . . or atleast a modified version of a TAL-1A hull.
Unlike the TAL-1A, it is amphibious and more manuverable, whilst remaing the fastest tank in the C&C RP . . . and retaining its small size.
The turret is the same, sans a few quick modifications . . . the weaponry is the same as the TAL-1A
