Improved version of the usaf f-16S made by Matuoka443, I added more fuel (in somewhat realistic areas) as well as the much needed flares. I think I did pretty alright. If anyone can improve the flares that would be cool. Also as a side note, i added the infinite faster flares so if you want to add more realistic flare counts just copy the location values.
