Unstable and expensive, just like the real thing! There are currently six R-10s in the People of Osovia's Air Defense Force, used for strategic reconnaissance, ELINT, and COMINT roles. There are actually only four R-10s, the other two have secretly been converted to RF-11s. No outside changes are visible, but hidden missiles and a gun have been installed.
