Type-89AS-E4 [Kuroi Yoma/Black demon]

A tank produced by Kawakami Industrial Manufacturer which began in early 1989 and ended in 1993 with a total of 15 experiments and approximately 80 different tests.The initial series is called Kawa XT-17-0001 Kotori, Then, when operated by the Army, it is called Type-98 Kuroi Yoma "Black Demon" By the Imperial Otsumokuri Military. Type-89AS-E4 is the latest version of the Type-89 series, with updated Radar technology, infrared, additional steel layers, improved engine performance, improved combat capability, and reinforcement of steel layers using various types of steel blends.

Weaponry

Tank is equipped with

  • Main gun Type-15MCG with 96 rounds of ammunition storage (APFSDS, APCR, APCBC, HEAT), projectile velocity 1350m/s, Caliber 130mm, and 5-second reloading.

  • Surface-to-surface missiles, Type-17, consist of 2 launching tubes with a 100mm caliber and a missile speed of around 900km/h.

  • Type-41 Auto Cannon Caliber 30mm, 0.2 rounds, 810 Ammo, and 1250m/s. With an automatic rifle on top of it.

Most of the units are located at the northern and eastern combat bases with a total of 346 units (N=175, E=171) Out of a total of 600 units scattered in the Otsumokuri Imperial combat base. Consisting of 222 units of Type-89A, 178 units of Type-89AS-E1 until E4, and 200 units of Type-89M. Becoming the second best MBT after the Crusader as the main backbone of the Imperial Army.

    @Kampf it might be, the next gen conversion or variation of Type 10, the tank would be joins the US Army Abrams X, German Army KF51 Panther, Russian Army T-14 Armata in the next generation class main battle tanks
