MV-28 Vulture

VTOL to control rotor pitch. Trim to control rotor attitude. (1) activates hover mode. (2) opens/closes door when Throttle is full. (3) activates gun turret [gun can be fired without this]. Pitch and roll control gun turret. Flight controls are normal for helicopters and airplanes.

The KRIEG V-28 Vulture is a Paternian tiltrotor aircraft designed by KRIEG Aerospace. The type drew from lessons in the Japan War, Southeast Asia Crisis, and the Africa War; while legacy rotorcraft such as the H-2 series, the H-65, and the H-90 proved extremely valuable, the limitations of range, payload, and speed became more apparent.

This was especially apparent during the Africa War, where the limited range of helicopters on both sides became apparent. The Paternian Armed Forces observed this, and sought to replace them with faster, longer-range rotorcraft.

The V-28 was one of two solutions, the other being the H-7. While the H-7 was a better helicopter, the V-28 could take advantage of the greater fuel efficiency and payload of fixed-winged aircraft. In the end, the Paternian Armed Forces procured both of them for these traits.

This particular variant is the MV-28 Vulture, a multi-mission variant of the V-28, armed with a chin-mounted 7.62mm minigun and two hard points capable of mounting bombs, rocket pods, external fuel tanks, and missiles.

The nose insists on pulling down for me on mobile, no idea why, but excellent craft otherwise

@GermanWarMachine The original 25mm was a bullpup standalone system, but was later adapted into an underbarrel attachment for an M4 carbine.

@PyrusEnderhunter I would like to thank the Continental African Federation Armed Forces and the Sentian Armed Forces for their contributions in the design of the aircraft.

Albeit done by utterly destroying them and figuring out how can we do better, but still a worthy contribution.

@FennVectorCWA Exactly. What's the point of making a plane with 1k parts if not everyone can enjoy crashing this thing because my God the accident rate on this thing is high.

Right into the saves! Also I love the few part count, this could have been some 1000 part plane, but only few will be able to use it XD.
