Plasan WILDER

328k SpiritusRaptor  2.4 years ago

Plasan Wilder is a radical groundbreaking mid-engined armoured vehicle that features separate trailer for EV propulsion and attack helicopter-style cabin.

Wilder

See the video!

Features:

  • Drive by wire - full funky control.
  • 4 or 8 wheel drive and steering
  • Trailer can detach and operate remotely and then re-attach.
  • Full auto weapons - auto aim on any angle.
  • Cockpit style cab.
  • Remote Weapon System control.
  • Traction and descent control.
  • 30mm auto cannon, 50 Cal gun, 6 air to air missiles and 2 ground missiles.
  • Auto braking system.

Controls:

  • Throttle for forward traction control movement. Pitch up/down for boost acceleration.
  • Roll = left/right
  • AG1 to power ATeMM (trailer) - 4 extra drive wheels.
  • AG2 doors
  • AG3 lights
  • AG4 wiper
  • AG5 antenna
  • AG6 cargo
  • AG7 All wheel turning
  • Brake for Braking and deploy handbrake

ATeMM:

  • LandingGear to detach / reattach
  • AG8 to power off Wilder
  • Pitch and Roll for movement
  • AG1 to power on/off ATeMM

Weapons:

  • Full auto-aim - use Cycle Targeting and Next Weapon

ATeMM

Funky Features:

  • PID on engine/throttle to create the downhill descent. Set throttle to 5% and it will climb almost anything. You can hear the engine really working during downhill to slow the wilder.
  • Max steering angle lessens the faster you go to prevent roll over.
  • Auto aim for all guns.
  • 30mm auto cannon includes range calculation of target.
  • When ATeMM is detached the missile turret turns to the same heading as the Wilder so when auto aim is operating it's pointed in the right direction.
  • Braking system deploys when not moving and no throttle input.

@SpiritusRaptor give it the VR tag and a curator will look at it at some point, curation requires us to be in out headsets

Let me check and I'll let you know. Steering wheel needs changing and I think that is about all.

@SpiritusRaptor you can use ft code it just will not work as an input, only an output (you cannot interact with it).
Just put the ft code in a variable in the Variable menu and put the name of the variable in the input for the control base.

Yes, I tried, but it seems you can’t use FT code with control base right?

I see you tried to make this VR compatible, but you put the steering wheel on a rotator instead of a control base
