First of all, huge thanks to @SilverStar

Short story
A WWI monoplane, designed by the Jebermann Aeroplane Establishment. It entered Kerbal Socialist Liberation Air Forces in 1917.
Long Story
Slavoy Jebermann
Slavoy Jebermann (1892-1934) was a Russian-Austrian pilot, businessman and aircraft designer. His father was an Austrian engineer who emigrated from the Austro-Hungarian empire because of his Marxist thoughts. He went to the Russian empire because he heard that there were a lot of socialists there. It was there where he met his wife, Katerina Hrabraya. Together they had five children, of which Slavoy was the second.
Slavoy was very good at mathematics and physics at school and did well in other subjects too. He went on to study in Saint Petersburg.
When the first heavier-than-air aeroplanes came to Russia, he joined the air force to fly them.
He also started making his own aeroplanes. The Jebermann I was the first to enter serial production.
The plane
This plane is shown in the KSLAF desert livery, which can be recognised by the KSLAF roundels and brown stripes.
