Lun-class Ekranoplan

Controls:
AG1 - Open missile tubes, activate air-to-ground missiles
VTOL - Aim forward cannons
Landing Gear - Switch between aircraft/boat navlight mode
AG8 - Toggle navlights

Because I am a Mustard normie like probably most other people here, once I saw the video about ekranoplans I knew very well what to do. However, because the focus of the video was the KM ekranoplan, I decided to do this one which may be lesser known, so I wouldn't conflict with other people possibly uploading the same thing.

Flying this thing is a bit more tricky than a normal aircraft; you need to spawn in water (or in air but that sucks). It takes it some time to take off, and once it does you need to keep an eye on your altitude so that you don't exceed 50 meters (160ft) above ground level. If you do, you will "leave the ground effect" and the flight is going to be much less pleasant (you can still fly, but slow and unstable).
As you can probably see just from the thumbnails, I had to make a lot of compromises to make sure that it will be fun to fly this thing. The real Lun-class would only fly 5 meters above the water surface, and would take insane amount of time to turn. I made it a bit more bearable with 50 meter ceiling and much better roll/pitch/yaw control.
Also, the real Lun-class had 6 missiles, this one has 42. Another major difference is the cannons. The real Lun had two pairs of 20mm anti-aircraft machine guns on the tail and the front, this one has one pair of 100mm cannons on the front. I originally wanted to have the anti-air guns, but they would only have a single axis of movement (trim is taken by... well... trim) so they'd be pretty much useless anyway. This way you can take out a ship even if you run out of missiles, as long as you're precise and persistent enough.

Ok, that's about it, can't think of anything else that needs mentioning, so enjoy.

I was under the impression users have dried up thanks to SR2, however someone posted the Millennium falcon and got 140+ In relatively quick fashion so there are users still out there. Maybe they’re just spending less time on site, I.e. looking at what’s featured only. Or maybe as this post isn’t a Mig/p-57(get it) - it just wont get the attention deserved which it is sadly lacking. Maybe I am just being Scrooge. Bah humbug! @TheFantasticTyphoon

Cool, don’t worry bout the upvotes, like, you will, and I do when I make something top quality then get like nothing, it happens 🤷🏽‍♂️
    2 tips maybe¿
Post when America and Europe wake up, I’m Aussie and if I post in the middle of the day (muricas night) I won’t get that many upvotes, I used to try to post at night (when America wakes(at least according to a CoC player I know)) and then more 💵
