This is a heavy tow truck with a rotator system (like a crane but generally operated like towtrucks, from the side.) this allows the towtruck to perform many tasks that wouldn't be possibly with a standard towtruck because they don't need to be in line with what they are pulling. These are some of the biggest, heaviest, most expensive, and most complex tow trucks so I thought I would create one in simpleplanes. To use you need a ground vehicle with something for the hook to catch, remove all fuel from it, save it as a different name, and then spawn it as an AI plane. Controls: act. 1 vtol down= outriggers out. Trim down= outriggers rotate. act. 2 vtol down= outrigger down. act. 6 vtol up= winch out. act. 7 vtol= rotate boom. trim= boom up, must lift slightly to drive without hook on ground. Deactivate groups after you do action then move controls to center then change act group. Only use the outriggers if you are useing the rotator otherwise it makes usage very difficult.
