    @LotusEngineering thanks for the advice. It seems to be working better now, but it needs more tweaking. Soon it should work properly. Thanks again for the advice.

    OKay so I found the problem.

    Everything you did was great (nice little ship, good looking) except the weight and balance as well as the thrust-lift ratio was off.

    These can be some tricky things to fix.

    I went ahead and XML’d the engines so they’re way more (20x more) powerful for a better climb rate. The only problem is that you need to move your center of lift forward. I would suggest hiding (horizontal) wings in the nose and front fuselage to fix this.
