When driving at high speeds, air from the air system can be vented to the sides and back to reduce downhill trails, further reducing drag. With the Tomahawk X's V10 engine producing more than 2,000 hp and a total power output of more than 2,500 hp when the cylinders are fully inflated, the car is capable of accelerating to exorbitant speeds by modern standards.
