@ShinyGemsBro Cellar Spiders are sometimes referred to as "daddy longlegs" and is a actual spider that can produce venom and webs, Harvestmen are the most common and known ones like winterro said, Harvestmen have 1 body segment, Cellar Spiders have the traditional 2.
I love them they're so silly :3
All this time and these walking strands of hair were actually
mites????
Edit: They actually ARE spiders. The term "Daddy Long Legs" is just used for multiple critters that look similar to it.
@Nerfaddict im also not scared of smol spiders like these ones, but the second i saw a gigantic black spider with a red marking on the back, im just gonna try to stomp it, or spray it with poison until the 8 legged venomous spider is dead
Harvestmen are arachnids, but are not in the spider family, they’re closer to scorpions than spiders
Wait.. so these mites have webs then?
Tasty
ITS SO CUTE
guapo
In Australia they do us wonders they kill the Red Backs and White Tail Spiders
These little guys deserve much respect. They look so spindly and weak but once I saw one had captured, bound up and was eating a sand scorpion!
I swear this is the thing that climbs up my leg while I’m showering. And yes this fast
Now look at this handsome gentleman, he seems polite and well-mannered.
These guys still trigger my arachnophobia a bit, but they are the definition of V I B E : they just stand in one spot all day unless disturbed
IT IS SO COOL
AAAAAAA
According to Wiki, harvestmen are one of the spiders in a 1800 species strong daddy long legs family.
Nice build.
gotta love me some harvestmen
