Description:
The Arel Manufacturing Company A-48 is a medium Military Transport developed for the Kulsa Air Force, It is one of the most capable and robust transport plane in Kulsa Air Force history, developed as a replacement for the Arel A-8 Sky truck.

Development:
In 19th of September 2047, the Kulsa Air Force realized the obsolescence of the Arel A-8 Skytruck, it was weak and insufficient in terms of carrying capacity, Kulsa Air Force decided to commission Arel once again to make a replacement, under the MSAL (Medium Strategic Air Lift) program, design research began and after 3 months, Development phase has started, it was decided to take some elements from the Russian Ilyushin IL-76, and the Douglas C-17 Globemaster III.

Operational History:
In 2050, the Arel A-48 II was accepted into service and received the Kulsa Designation MST-48 II (Medium Strategic Transport 48 II) and the Kulsa Air Force immediately put it into operation during the Kantuvik Crisis, 5 Arel A-48, and 4 Tolurov Tol-150s were deployed to rescue the population in Kantuvik as the Red Trident army was closing in on the city in chaos, after a successful extraction, 3 of the Arel A-48s got minorly damaged, while the other 1 was heavily damaged but it kept flying.
