Nieuport 11 (the end of the Fokker Scourge)
A companion to the Fokker E.iii for AI dogfighting.
The Fokker scourge is now over with this baby…
Normal controls, and;
- AG1 to change (move back) the cockpit FOV.
- Camera 1 for dogfighting - the camera is elevated, pointed 10 degrees up and has a small sight.
- AG2 to reload Lewis gun(s).
Rockets: These rockets are for taking out observation balloons, zeppelins and anything else that gets in the way!
AG3 - 2 second burn
AG4 - 1.5 second burn
AG5 - 1 second burn
AG6 - 0.75 second burn.
For the dogfighting enthusiast:
The Nieuport 11 is faster and more manoeuvrable than the Fokker. However, we have managed to find a Fokker E.iii with a MG42 mounted aft of the cockpit. Note though, you can fly OR you can man the rear gun… Note 2 - the MG42 has a huge rate of fire. See link below:
If you choose to use the Fokker with the rear gun, then perhaps you may want to use a Nieuport 11 with twin Lewis guns - now this baby is totally deadly! See link below:

AI Dogfighting:
See notes on the first Fokker E.iii for AI dogfighting;
Thanks to Othwane for technical and historical advice.
Enjoy

BEST WW1 PLANE EVER!!!!!!!!!!@SpiritusRaptor
The wings buckle if an enemy plane hits it correctly! So cool!
@AEGGaming I like the fokker more!
I was flying the Fokker and the Fokker won
wow! very nice
hey how did u add the images to the text box?
Yeah ok. @SpiritusRaptor
@jamesPLANESii Yes, I know - a little fast, but done to make things a bit more fun. And the landing gear was not successful. Traction is super low, already and you need to tap the brakes to stop...
I’m not exactly sure how a WWI biplane is going 230mph. Also you need to reduce the traction in the wheels so when you brake, you don’t do a ground loop.
@laserborn88 me too, except the plane textures and physics are in high settings
I can also run it but I have to have the graphics down low and can’t run both planes at the same time @AdlerSteiner
@laserborn88 works on my phone
Maybe a mobile version
They are supposed to flex, but yes sometimes they brake.
@Silvan
cool, but are the wings suposed to brake after some sharp corners?
Yes, nees to be a very light landing and then olmy touch the brakes...
@BurkeEnterprise
Almost impossible to land.
JUST LIKE REAL!!!!
make the D.H.2
Very very fun to fly around and play with! :D
Love the realistic damage, can you make this kind of damage on future builds
The look and flight feeling are fantastic, great work my friend !
The Nieuport 11 is my favorite WW1 airplane! ITS SO COOL!!!!
nice maybe the albatross next? the paint is good but a tad bit off
...amazing. Great detail!
Maybe a Nieuport 17 next? That thing looked amazing and as really agile!
Edit: I'm sorry for all the build requests, SpiritusRaptor! Looks like everyone wants WW1 planes now
The French - “We shall fight against the odds until the odds are not in our favour...” very nice plane btw Spiritus, are you thinking of doing a sopwith camel?
