Why is it a "discount destroyer? Because it cannot even sail in a straight line. But since the rudder is so sensitive, the ship ends up making S turns.
VTOL to control propeller pitch and trim to control the rudder.
Roll to correct list after a turn.
VTOL up for forward thrust and VTOL down for reverse thrust.
Trim up to turn right and trim down to turn left.
But hey, at least its cheaper than the Zumwalt-class destroyer...
