This seaplane tender were built by the austro- hungarian empire in WWI but in 1916 it were captured by a brittish cruiser and transfered to the tsarist navy.This ship survived the revolution and served in WWII as an escort in the artic making a great job sinking 9 submarines in the war.It become a museum ship when she become obsolet.
