The Sukhoi Su-1 was a high-altitude fighter prototype designed and built during early WW2. During testing, it demonstrated a top speed of 400 mph at 32,810 ft. However, it never went into production because of the unreliable turbochargers. Armament was one 20mm ShVAK cannon and two .30 cal ShKAS machine guns.
