Activate 1 for vectored thrust and vtol for flaps. It can do a primative cobra manoevuer. And dont use vectored thrust before 300mph.

I would add afunky trees expression to reduce the rotation at low speeds Something like: pitch*(.1+speed/400)
In the pitch rotators and similar in the roll ones.
I actually haven't experimented with thrust vectoring myself but that should help.
What that expression does Is allows 10% movement stationary gradually increasing to 110% movement at 400 kts and so on.
