Developed around the FR-13 Mantis, the Mantis Lambda has a reworked frame to be able to go offoading and hitting the track without hassle, featuring fully independent MacPherson suspensions on all corners for great traction on turns and stability on bumps; while maintaining the classic styling of the Mantis, it comes with better trim, a canvas top and a spare tyre for any eventuality.

The car was developed on Rattlesnake Racetrack with the intent of racing against more powerful cars and still prove that good suspensions can make the difference, it also had shown great capabilities on the Mirage Speedway;
The Mantis Lambda was featured in @BagelPlane's Multiplayer Races #2, as you can see there it had even taken part to the South Maywar Beach to Mirage Speedway rally raid, where sadly the car could not finish for a misjudgment of the route and consequent crash, but it still could complete without problems the Yeager to Bandit raid on Krakabloa, proving that this veichle is not afraid of steep climbs either.

Addittional notes:
-The car is equipped with 4 wheel steering to better assist manouvers in tight spaces, it is turned off during normal operations, press AG7 to activate it; press AG1 for lights and AG8 for cruise control (it disables engine input)
-As i use analog controls, this car might have a messed control setup for you, it uses reverse Pitch as throttle and Yaw as steering, but you can easily set those up as it uses rotators for steering and the engine is easy to reach; also you might want to reduce steering speed on those rotators if you drive it by keyboard, it will make it much more controllable
-This car is meant to be 'realistic' and it barely has 250HP, so don't expect it to be able to climb walls, though i could still win the Snow Crawl race it will not take well extreme offroading

-The real world car that inspired me to modify the Mantis is the Lancia Lambda from 1922, it's been the first car in history featuring a series of innovations, one of which being indepentent suspensions on the front wheels, that's why i decided to call it Mantis Lambda;
