Scientific name: Neocannardus Magnapennetas.
Mid to large-sized member of the monocannardaanadie subfamily of the cannardaanadie. He is named after the "pennets" on it's main wings that act as the vertical stablizers. As with all of the members of the subfamily, he only has one pair of "flapping cannards". Floats on water like a duck. Can fly rather quickly at 550mph (mach 0.717) to over 600mph. (mach 0.782)

Activate 2: Toggle yaw reaction wheel.
Activate 8: Toggle on/off front flapping cannards.
