Botadon'’s main bomber is a true terror to anyone caught off-guard. With intense acceleration via six engines, a flying-wing shape and two pods packed with munitions, the Pterosaur sports a crew of up to five units; a pilot and co-pilot, two in the side-pods operating the bay doors, and all four non-pilot crew operating ball-turret autocannons. These bombers are surprisingly fast, and once in range can drop anything from rockets to bombs, using their turrets to ward off enemy fighters and provide flak for stopping enemy missiles. Like the Volaticotherium, the Pterosaur’s main weak point is the rear exhaust port; a direct hit from a missile will wipe the craft out by igniting its fumes.
