Luxus Aircraft L-1 Humming Woodpecker
*Disclaimer*
Luxus Aircraft and the L-1 Humming Woodpecker are both fictional. Luxus is German for luxury.
The Luxus L-1 Humming Woodpecker was the first civilian aircraft produced by the now-global corporation Luxus Aircraft. It was a three-seat, single engine monoplane designed to take off and land from standard AND unconventional runways, much like a combination of a light aircraft and a bushplane. It had a top speed of 210 miles per hour and a flight ceiling of 3500 feet. It was produced from 1989-2015. The controls were very simple: throttle, yaw and roll. It was marketed to literally everyone who could afford the airplane, which had a slight price tag of $25,000. It was a very popular model and sold over 100,000 units. Unfortunately, it had a flaw which made the landing gear break off if you landed on an uneven surface, so that negated half it's purpose. I hope you enjoy this faithful recreation.
