about McDonnell Douglas DC-10:The McDonnell Douglas DC-10 is an American trijet wide-body aircraft manufactured by McDonnell Douglas. The DC-10 was intended to succeed the DC-8 for long-range flights. It first flew on August 29, 1970; it was introduced on August 5, 1971, by American Airlines.

About Jazz International Airways:Jazz International Airways was founded in 1955 and commenced operations in 1960 with its first Boeing 707-120 with registration:PK-JAA named after (Indonesia),a asian country and my country. in 1971 when DC-10 introduced,jia quickly buy 163 DC-10-30 and retire all of 707. Jazz International Airways does serve all destination (except ukraine and russia) with hub at Jakarta kemayoran airport (1960-1985) Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (1985-2006),due of bad safety jia almost suspend its service until it's back operation in 1988 and ceased operations in 2006 due a 4 year war of Indonesia vs hasya Republic (the full story of Hasya Republic will upload on the forum) and then Jia build a New airline named Jazz Air.

About Jazz International Airways Flight 1893:6 September 1991,a DC-10 Jazz International Airways with registered as:PK-JWR named after (Bekasi),Most hottest city in Indonesia. the flight was Jakarta to New York with 3 stopover Kuala Lumpur-Subang,Seoul-Gimpo, and Anchorage-Ted Stevens. There are 284 Passengers and 15 crew which mean 295 occupants. There are Captain Shenyang Wuxuan a Chinese Nationalities which on this DC-10 Plane was 19,300 hours and joined Jia on 1974 and F.O. Bambangan Cakil a Indonesian Nationalities on DC-10 Plane was 7,700 hours and 25,500 on Boeing 737 and joined in 1988 and Flight Engineer Kazam Aliyden Nurzudemiz a Kazakh Nationalities which just joined a few days ago. the plane takeoff on 19:12 UTC+8 in SZB Airport,and cruising on 30,000ft,when cruising on 30,000ft after stopover in SZB, the plane exploded in mid air and destroyed in Hatkiang,Laos all 284 Passengers and 15 crew including 3 flight crew was dead. the nearest location from crash location Jia flight 1893 was Wattay International Airport (Vientiane Intl Airport) which is 38 km from crash location of Jazz International Airways flight 1893. This was cause by Engine Reverser Thrust No.1 was Deployed while in mid-air,this Incident was similar to Lauda Air Flight 004 which is 4 months ago from this crash. Making the final report of Jazz International Airways flight 1893 cause by Engine Reverser Thrust No.1 was Deployed in mid-air.
