Replica Mi-24 Hind 2.1
With the new update, it was time to give a proper rotor to my old design. And with the feedback of THEAIRCRAFTCRAFTER the heli is more stable and respond to maneuvers more friendly.
A well known helicopter serving since 1976. The Mi-24 series are one of the popular and widely used types amongst attack helicopters. It's versatility made it a fearsome machine on any battlefield. This particular replica is made after one of the Hind serving in the Polish army.
Use: Take off: Give full throttle and after that, simply start to increase the collective pitch with the VTOL. During flight it is enough to use VTOL according your maneuvers. Take care that massive yawing can tilt the aircraft if its too aggressive lower the tail rotor max angle to 40 from 45.
Landing: Lower the VTOL bar close to neutral. ~15%. Gently play with the collective pitch and after you manage to hover decrease the pitch just a bit. Keep in mind that the planes wheels keep the aircraft at an angle in rest, so the nose should be a bit above the horizon otherwise you touch down the front wheel first, which can result in an unwanted tilt and crash.
The Heli is armed and able to take down targets. I recommend analog input for usage ( joystick, controller, mouse etc.) but the machine will fly even with keypad. Of course the ride won't be that smooth. For Nav lights use AG 1

@Wolf64 I am just created a better version,come check it
Ok good to know.@Wolf64
@AerialFighterSnakes Sadly, this unit is alcohol free, but I'm planing to upgrade it to the South African ATE modification which has an exhaust filter that utilize pure alcohol or if the client wishes Vodka.
Does it come with vodka?
@THEAIRCRAFTCRAFTER Thanks for the help. I tried the gyro stabilization but that solution doesn't appealed to me. Clearly makes even a brick fly stable, but limits the the turning angles for the aircraft and makes an arcade like Heli out of it.
@Wolf64 it's more stable for now,but you need asleast add 3-4 gyro and less engine power
@Wolf64 yes
@THEAIRCRAFTCRAFTER If you got the time and patience would you make an other test flight?
