The Colonial Fleet brought out an upgrade of the ageing MkII viper series late in the first Cylon war. Designed to be capable of true atmospheric flight, it used traditional control surfaces when not in a vacuum. they were later superseded by the Mk VII series, a huge improvement over the MkII and III. Although the two soldiered on in service for many years, the mkIII was withdrawn quickly, in favour of the newer MK VII. This model WILL be tricky to fly, so be careful. AG 1 for beacon lights, a kids retract normally
