Auto Credit Based on Johndfg's C-2 (Kawasaki)

C-52 Gayal is a mid-size, quad-turbofan engine, long range, high speed, heavy weight military transport aircraft designed and manufactured by a Joint International Aerospace Conglomerate (stylised as JintAC) including Harpia Defence Sysytems Co, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) and Kawasaki Heavy Industries Aerospace Company of Japan. It is heavily based on the Kawasaki C-2 aircraft but it is larger, more powerful and more sophisticated regarding the avionics and mission systems. The C-52 is being developed to meet the following requirements of the Ministry of Defense of the Kingdom of Krakabloa: a minimum payload of 30 tonnes, 140 short ton (280,000 lbs) take-off weight, ability to land on short runways, a maximum payload of 50,000 kg for STOL operations, ability to fly international airway routes, in-flight aerial refueling, forward looking infrared systems, satlink capability and surface-to-air countermeasure suite. A tactical flight management system and head-up display is installed to reduce the challenges involved in flying at low altitudes or close to mountainous terrain. The C-52 Gayal is equipped with a full glass cockpit, fly-by-wire flight controls, a high-precision navigation system, and advanced self-protection systems. Kawasaki has been reportedly keen to seek sales of the C-52 to overseas customers, especially in the Jundroo Archipelagos, in addition to the domestic market. The long last alliance between Krakabloa and Japan it was a major reason behind this vast industrial co-operation. India’s HAL expressed a keen interest in the design and joined the conglomerate in the early development stages and Indian government committed to acquire about 30 C-52 aircrafts for the Indian Air Force. In the strategic airlift role, the C-52 is one of only a few aircraft in production that can perform its role; others include the Airbus A400M Atlas and the Ilyushin Il-76, and thus has few worthy competitors on the world market. The name Gayal comes from the large bison (Bos frontalis), also known as mithun, distributed in Northeast India and Central Asia and it’s a honorary name for the first export customer which is India.
Awwamy Royal Air Force signed a contract for 20 C-52 Gayals in September 2016 and the Minister of Defence of the Kingdom anounced the intention of the Awwamy government to acquire some 10-12 C-52TS Combat Gayal as an extra purchase option. That way, Awwamy Royal Air Force became the first operator of the aircraft in the C&C Roleplay gameworld and the Meme King Industries (MKI) signed a Memorandum of Co-operation as a Global Maintenance Partner of the C-52 aircraft.

    @Pilotmario
    Honorable Defence Minister,
our corporation is the last one to dictate to your nation the defence and security policy to be followed. But, it is in our highest interest that all the military epuipment contracts we sign to be executed in time and into the terms decided. So, any impliance from your side about delays or major parts shortage have no ground to us. We respect our customers and we commit ourselves to their service.
Regarding the "hot" issue of the C-52 Gayal, the Board of Directors, after a long and copious meeting and taking under account your terms decided to make an updated offer to your well-respected Armed Forces. So, here is our offer:
    - The JintAC company proposes to the Paternian government the initial purchase of 2 C-52 Gayal (v.1.0) for testing reasons in the price of 30million P$ (instead of 50million P$ off-the-self price)
-If the testing procedure fulfills your standards then we propose to your government that JintAC and Paternian Defence Industries can have a business merge and create an aerospace joint venture in order to construct in Paternia, employing Paternian workers and using Paternian sub-systems at least 50 C-52 Gayals. The mentioned aircrafts can be deployed by Paternian Armed Forces or they can be exported to any nation, with prohibitions regarding only confidential ECM systems and battle management systems sourcecodes.
-The term from our side is to sign a contract for purchasing the next C-52 variant (capable of air-refueling, with modern battle management sysytems, better survivability and lower maintenance costs) in the area of 15-20 aircrafts at a total price of 500million P$. The aircrafts will be constructed and delivered by our own facilities and crews.
-On behalf of the JintAC industry we commit to invest more than 1billion P$ in a period of 10 years to the Paternian aerospace industry and to the paternian economy in general by creating numerous jobs, high expertise labour force and state-of-the-art industrial facilities and know-how experience profit.

I personally believe that we have reached to a No return Point to our negotiations and I would like to inform you that many nations have expressed interest for the new C-52 Gayal and they are about to sign huge contracts with serious profits for their industries.
Please take as much time as you need to think diexodically our offer.

    Kind regards
R&D VP and Head of World Sales of -JintAC-

    Dear Harpia Defence Systems Co.,

It is a matter of national security that any military equipment our military is to employ is to be produced locally. Previous orders of equipment purchased overseas has either failed to meet expectations or has been subject to tampering and shortcuts. While we do not believe that Harpia Defence Systems Company would do such, it has happened before with other companies. In addition, the procurement of equipment from other nations have created issues when the said nation of origin or company refused delivery of parts.

We believe that the aircraft is as good as it has been promised, and few modifications will be needed, mostly refitting the internals to be standard with Paternian equipment and the installation of high-efficiency engines. However, we do not like to procure any military equipment from outside the Paternian Republic for aforementioned security reasons. It is simply a matter of policy. Also, Paternian service personnel have always stated a preference for equipment built in Paternia.

It is our interest to acquire 10 aircraft for testing purposes, and will pay P$250 Million (1PD=5USD) for the aircraft for evaluation purposes. If the aircraft passes our evaluations, we would request that the aircraft we will employ be constructed in Paternia. While we have no state-operated aircraft manufacturing operations, we will allow you to set up a factory in Wichita, Kansas.

This factory will be used for all procurement of any aircraft we wish to purchase from you. In addition, we request the production of 25 Pummeler A-1F and 25 AH-2 Devastator from your facilities, as during wartime, this facility may be ordered to produce Pummelers or other aircraft types as needed by the Paternian Armed Forces in order to take up spare manufacturing capacity.

All stated is merely a security measure, to ensure that Paternian soldiers, airmen, sailors, and marines employ Paternian-made equipment whenever possible.

    Sincerely,
    Paternian Defense Ministry,

Dear Represantive of the Grand Republic of Paternia,
Harpia Defence Systems Co. is an aerospace industry committed to exceed the human need for improvement. In this way, our designing department is thriving to create new, effective and cost-efficient defence systems for the greater good.
To speak in detail, our C-52 Gayal aircraft is a business initiative of Harpia, Kawasaki and HAL in order to fullfil the demanding role of strategic heavy airlift. Speakin so, the C-52 incorporates sophisticated technologies that allow it to take-off and land in ANY unprepared surface with MAXIMUM payload and COMPLETE aerodynamic control even in speeds below 150mph. There are no many aircrafts capable of doing that and offering a modern, comfortable, updatable, stable, durable, affordable and battle-proven platform in a fly-away cost of 120million USD per unit. So, its more than "color, rotating engines (???) and lights" to our designs. The stability of C-52 and its aerodynamic attitude is unparallel. Test pilots testified after the extensive operational testing, and I quote, : "Smooth, user-friendly, forgivable, predictable and powerful".
Regarding the construction license, is an austere policy of the firm to withhold all construction rights and be very co-operative as to maintenance, upgrades and powerplant revisions.
Without having any prothesis to insult you and your respected nation, your attitude towards our Conglomerate is disrepectful, pitty and non-honorable. We give our best to maintain neutrality and corporate integrity but people like you put narrow-minded and selfish limits to a free, open and self-regulated market with high sights and pure goals.

    Sincerely,

R&D VP and Head of World Sales of -JintAC-

@Dimkal Well, when you have licensed production in Paternia, we will usually make modifications to the aircraft so as to be suitable for our use. Said modifications usually involve significant airframe and system modification, meaning the aircraft of a certain type we produce will usually have numerous differences from the original aircraft. Usually up to 50% of any said aircraft which we adopt will be modified. What you get is some cash from the license.

Will the aircraft we make be exported widely? Depends how good our version is. It probably won't see the distribution of types such as the infamous Pummeler. That plane is easily the most popular warplane in the world. 38,000 and counting. It's the standard which all attack planes compare themselves from. And due to its age, it's no longer under any copyright.

I understand that you are a business, and that competitors are not exactly your thing.

@Pilotmario P$300M for 10 aircrafts, construction license for the National Patternian Aerospace Industry but without the advanced self-protection systems and the integrated electronic counter-measure suite. Also, you do not have any permission to export any aircraft or a major part of it. The offer is about the C-52 Gayal and not for any other variant published here. Is that a deal?

@Pilotmario 500million USD for 10 aircrafts and full construction license? This is outrageous and humiliating. The fly away cost of the C-52 Gayal is 120million USD. My counter-offer is 500million for 7 C-52 aircrafts but no construction license, only maintenance certification. Do we have a deal?

We prefer to license-produce them because (A) it improves self-sufficiency in our manufacturing and (B) studying how others build their machines by analyzing their techniques is helpful for making ours more efficient and (C) our troops prefer to use Paternian-made equipment, regardless of the origin of the design. @MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation

We fought a massive war with them spanning around a whole month in real time. I think it's appropriate to better our relations with them. Yeah they're kinda friendly
