What do you do when you have a bunch of obselete but still flightworthy fighters? Take off the armament and sell them to the public! Parachutes stil included in the final addition of the Rocket. Unfortunately the aircraft failed miserably in the civilian market, and the scheme to keep the Rocket off the scrap heap ended up causing the majority to end up there anyway. The reason can best be called the BP-55, the aircraft's "running mate", which, despite being more expensive, was faster, more manoeuvreable and more luxurious. As a result the Tiger was taken off the market in 1966, with only 3 still existing today, compared to 18 Rockets and over 200 Mistresses.
