The attacker

The Ground attack counter insurgency (Gaci) 139 was an attacker designed by the Poyasakai design bureau. The aircraft was used as attackers, trainers, and heavy interceptors for the Karyan Self Defense Force. The early variants were small and had a crew of four air crew. Two on the cockpit and two as the bombardiers, despite being a fast aircraft it had great armor but lacked rear gunner turrets. The first production variants, the Gaci-139a1/b3 could carry up to three tons of munitions. The ability to bring great amounts of payload and the long range capabilities made it a terrible sight for Valestian ships. Each plane in a squadron could bring four torpedoes each. During fights against enemy battleships a squadron would usually be enough to sink a battleship. To add to the heavy external armament, the early models had a 50mm high velocity gun which could punch through the armor of tanks and ships .

The Interceptor

The Gaci-139 had great characteristics such as it’s durability, speed and climb rate. So when the Karyan Union needed to defend it self from Valestian high altitude bombers the Gaci was quickly picked for tests. The upgrade gave it new weapons and search radar but the entire plane was redesigned and the old engines swapped with a more powerful engine with a supercharger.

The armament of the early models were only composed of 15mm heavy machine guns but the redesign gave the D series 30mm cannons. These cannons had a slow muzzle velocity but has high damage and fire rate.

Variant D3HIF

The Heavy Interceptor Fighter variant has a heavy armament, it has the ability to send a 33.84kg of munitions to an enemy bomber. Despite the ability to throw a German MK-108 autocannon roughly every 2 seconds, it suffers low range and muzzle velocity. However the autocannons are highly accurate so you can hit targets consistently. The engines are strong and durable. But if it is not maintained properly there is a chance that oil could leak out of the cooling lines and start a fire but the system has back-ups.
