The Halberd was developed to fulfill the request of the Wright Territory Air Force for a lightweight air superiority fighter with limited hardpoints and fuel to maximize maneuverability. Northwind collaborated with Stafford and it became a joint effort as the Krakabloa Defence Force would also be purchasing the fighter from the program. It was to be equipped with the latest tech, such as new avionics and advanced medium range missiles. It proved to be a lethal platform and has served for more than 5-6 decades. It proved to be one of the most maneuverable aircraft of its generation, and with its Reaper semi-active missiles housing a powerful proximity fuse, and the Bat anti-radiation missiles proving effective against missile batteries, it became a force to be reckoned with.
Activate 1 for refuelling probe, 2 to jettison wing-mounted tanks, 3 to jettison fuselage-mounted tank, 4 to activate drag chute, 5 to jettison rearward Reaper missiles, 6 to jettison Bat ARMs, 7 to open canopy, 8 for master arm switch
