I.S.F.O.S DOUBLE RAIL TURRET
13.6k PyrusEnderhunter
8.2 years ago
Auto Credit Based on YuukaNeko's XMD-1 Railgun Turret
The I.S.F.O.S double rail turret is the answered call for a heavy turret. It has high explosive rounds that go up to MACH 20+. In space, due to zero resistance, the rounds go to hundreds of thousands of miles per hour. It has no battle history yet. Thank you Fine tuning mod and YuukaNeko for the frame. Ag-1 and 2 for firing ammunition. VTOL up/down for horizontal turning. TRIM for up and down. Enjoy! Please Upvote!

@Ephwurd k
@PyrusEnderhunter well, i have a similiar tech, its called a graviometric mine. Basically a depthcharge but in space
@Ephwurd exactly taking everything in its radius with it. It expands and implode
@PyrusEnderhunter then that gravity well must have a really short lifespan. Maybe less than a second
@Ephwurd I do. But the gravity well would just implose. Not create a black hole.
@PyrusEnderhunter well, do you? From what you are implying, you want to implode stuff w/ quantum mechanics. Gravity wells have quantum mechanics
@PyrusEnderhunter that is the point. Massive damage
@Ephwurd 100 megatons will only cause firework damage in space
@Ephwurd do u know what quantum mechanics is?
@PyrusEnderhunter generating a gravity well is uncontrollable. It cannot have a stable effective radius, and gravity wells tend to collapse and form black holes
@PyrusEnderhunter fusion-phaser rounds are designed to be messy. Need to take out 5 ships but only have ammo for one? Fusion-phasers get the job done
@Ephwurd has a radius of 100 yards. And is not messy.
@Ephwurd Quantum rounds implode everything around them using quantum mechanics.
@Ephwurd Too messy. 100 megatons in space is basically a large fire work.
@Ephwurd basically an HE round
@PyrusEnderhunter I suggest fusion-phaser rounds. Its phaser capabilities allow it to bypass shields and when it hits its target, the fusion warhead detonates with a yield of 100 megatonnes
@Ephwurd noice
@Ephwurd mhmm. I also have quantum shells
@PyrusEnderhunter I may use this to replace one of my ship's turrets
@PyrusEnderhunter wait...hmmm, so once the round penetrates shields and impacts on armor, the plasma inside spills out and damages the ship's internal systems... YOU JUST MADE A HOLLOW-POINT PLASMA ROUND!!!
@Ephwurd They are surrounded by a positive electron coating. That can go through energy shields.
@Ephwurd I use plasma SHELLS
@PyrusEnderhunter plasma can easily be diffused by energy shielding
@Ephwurd I have E-57s that are an excellent space fighter.
@Ephwurd well, at the time, the design was based on functionality. Now it uses my plasma shells. They can put a hole in a battleship with ease.
